These Grilled Prawns are juicy, flavourful, and ready in minutes. Marinated in garlic, lemon and herbs, then grilled until lightly charred — they’re a true BBQ crowd-pleaser. Ingredients:
- 500g raw prawns, peeled and deveined (tails on optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice/zest, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Add prawns, toss to coat. Marinate for 15–30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat grill or BBQ to medium-high.
- Thread prawns onto skewers (optional) and grill for 2–3 minutes per side, or until opaque and slightly charred.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
