Ingredients:
- 1 whole sea bass (cleaned, scaled, ~500–600g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (sliced)
- 3–4 lemon slices
- Fresh herbs (like parsley, dill, or thyme)
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: extra lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Pat fish dry and score the skin lightly on both sides.
- Rub the outside with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the cavity with garlic slices, lemon slices, and herbs.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil the grates.
- Grill fish for 6–7 minutes per side, until skin is crisp and flesh flakes easily.
