These Air Fryer Garlic Butter Shrimp are juicy, flavorful, and ready in just 10 minutes! With a buttery garlic sauce and a hint of lemon, they’re perfect for salads, tacos, or served over rice or pasta.
Ingredients:
- 450g (1 lb) large shrimp (peeled & deveined, tails on or off)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley & lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with melted butter, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Place shrimp in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking once halfway, until pink and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
