These Air Fryer Lamb Kofta Skewers are juicy, spiced, and packed with Middle Eastern flavor. They’re easy to make and cook fast in the air fryer — perfect for dinner or as a party appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 500g ground lamb
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 small onion (grated or finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
- Optional: wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine lamb, garlic, onion, parsley, and spices. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into long oval shapes or press around skewers.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Spray air fryer basket with oil and place koftas in a single layer.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with pita bread, yogurt sauce, or over rice with salad.
