These BBQ Grilled Salmon Skewers are tender, smoky, and brushed with a zesty lemon herb glaze. A fresh and flavorful option for summertime grilling — perfect for pairing with grilled veggies or a crisp salad.
Ingredients:
- 500g skinless salmon fillet (cut into cubes)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill or parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: lemon wedges for serving
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 min)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15–20 mins.
- Thread salmon onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
