Ingredients:
- 4 corn cobs, husks removed
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup cotija or feta cheese (crumbled)
- ½ tsp chili powder or smoked paprika
- Chopped cilantro (optional)
- Lime wedges to serve
Instructions:
- Grill corn over medium-high heat, rotating, until charred (8–10 min).
- In a bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
- Brush warm corn with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheese, chili powder, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
