Ingredients:
- 6 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the glaze:
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (like Sriracha or Frank’s)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- In a saucepan, mix glaze ingredients and simmer for 2–3 min.
- Grill chicken thighs skin-side down for ~5–6 min until crispy.
- Flip and brush with glaze. Cook another ~5–6 min, basting again halfway through.
