Ingredients:
- 8 lamb loin chops
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Rub mixture over lamb chops and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat BBQ or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill chops 3–4 minutes per side for medium doneness (adjust to preference).
