These Air Fryer Tuna Patties are crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside. Packed with protein and made from pantry staples, they’re perfect for a quick lunch, light dinner, or even meal prep.
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna (in water or oil, drained)
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onion
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
- Optional: lemon wedges & dipping sauce
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix tuna, egg, breadcrumbs, mayo, mustard, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small patties (about 6).
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Spray basket and patties lightly with oil. Place in a single layer.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve with lemon and your favorite sauce — like tartar or garlic yogurt.
