These Air Fryer Buttermilk Chicken Tenders are juicy, crispy, and perfect for quick lunches or weeknight dinners. Made with a simple marinade and pantry spices, they’re a healthier take on the classic comfort food—ready in under 25 minutes with no deep frying required.
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken tenders
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- Olive oil spray
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt. Add chicken tenders and marinate for 30 minutes (or overnight).
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Coat marinated chicken in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
