Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these cauliflower bites are great for dipping, topping bowls, or serving as a party appetiser. Plus, they’re naturally vegan, gluten-free, and ready in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional dipping sauce:
- 2 tablespoons plant-based yogurt or sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt, pepper, and herbs to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and all spices until well coated.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve immediately with your favourite dip or sauce.
