Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into cutlets)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions:
- Pound chicken cutlets evenly for uniform thickness.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cutlet into flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Place cutlets in the basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite dip or in a sandwich.
