Air Fryer Chicken Cutlets (Crispy & Juicy)

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into cutlets)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Pound chicken cutlets evenly for uniform thickness.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cutlet into flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  5. Place cutlets in the basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  7. Serve with your favorite dip or in a sandwich.
