Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (skin-on or off)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Zest of ½ lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Pat salmon dry. Rub with olive oil, then season with garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Place salmon in air fryer basket, skin-side down if applicable.
- Cook for 7–9 minutes, depending on thickness, until flaky and golden on top.
