These Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms are juicy, cheesy, and packed with flavour. They’re quick to make and deliver that golden, roasted finish without turning on the oven. Perfect for party platters, snacks, or as a veggie-friendly side dish.
Ingredients:
- 12 button mushrooms, stems removed
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup grated cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions:
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (355°F).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, grated cheese, garlic, parsley, salt & pepper.
- Fill mushroom caps with the mixture. Top with breadcrumbs if desired.
- Place in air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm, garnished with more herbs if you like.
