They’re ready in just 10 minutes, packed with fibre and protein, and perfect for mindful snacking, pre-dinner bites, or tossing into a grain bowl. You only need 4 ingredients — and zero excuses to skip it.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen edamame in pods (unpeeled), thawed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
- Juice of ½ lime
Instructions:
- Pat thawed edamame dry with a towel.
- Toss in a bowl with oil and half the salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking once, until lightly blistered and crisp on the edges.
- Squeeze lime juice over the hot pods and sprinkle with the remaining salt.
- Serve immediately — pop the beans out with your teeth and discard the pods.
