These Air Fryer Avocado Fries are creamy inside, crispy outside, and so addictive! A great snack, appetizer, or a fun side dish — plus, they’re super easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe but firm avocados (sliced into wedges)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Slice avocados into wedges.
- Prepare 3 bowls: flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in the third.
- Dredge each avocado slice in flour, then dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Place slices in a single layer in the basket. Spray with cooking oil.
- Cook for 7–9 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
- Serve immediately with ranch, sriracha mayo, or your favorite dip.
