These Air Fryer Pork Belly Bites are crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. With a caramelized, savory flavor and satisfying crunch, they’re perfect as a snack, party bite, or rice bowl topping.
Ingredients:
- 500g pork belly (skin-on, cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp five-spice powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
- Optional: sesame seeds & sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, toss pork belly cubes with all sauces and seasonings. Let marinate for 20–30 minutes (or overnight).
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Place pork belly pieces in a single layer in the basket. Spray lightly with oil.
- Air fry for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and browned.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
- Serve hot — goes great with rice or dipping sauce.
