Australian Sausage Rolls are a savory bakery staple — flaky puff pastry filled with seasoned ground meat, baked until golden and crisp. Found in every Aussie bakery, party platter, and lunchbox, they’re the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and classic Australian flavour.
This recipe uses a blend of beef and pork for richness, paired with onion, garlic, and herbs to bring out that traditional taste. They’re ideal for parties, snacks, school lunches, or even a quick dinner with salad on the side.
If you’re looking for an authentic sausage roll recipe, this is your go-to.
