This Creamy Garlic Prawn Pasta is the ultimate weeknight treat — quick, comforting, and full of flavour. Juicy prawns are tossed in a rich garlic-parmesan cream sauce and served with al dente pasta. It feels fancy but takes just 20 minutes from pan to plate.

Ingredients:
- 250g pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
- 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup cream
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped parsley and lemon to serve
Instructions:
- Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water. Drain.
- In a large pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add prawns, cook 2–3 mins per side.
- Lower heat. Stir in cream, parmesan, and pasta water.
- Toss in cooked pasta, season, mix well.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon. Serve hot.
