Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup melted butter (or oil)
- 1½ cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chopped walnuts or chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F). Grease or line a loaf tin.
- In a bowl, whisk mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, and butter.
- Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in nuts or chocolate if using.
- Pour into tin and bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing. Serve warm or toasted with butter.
